Our staff works in collaboration with family physicians and dentists in the community to ensure the most effective solutions for each patient. When necessary, the team also cooperates with social services and other community resources.
In addition, we collaborate with other departments in the Galilee Medical Center such as neuro and plastic surgery.
The department operates eight clinics, all staffed by experts in their specific fields and maintains two operating rooms well equipped with the latest technology. Our center runs one of the most advanced three-dimensional labs in the country and conducts research in tissue engineering using stem cells and other techniques for bone reconstruction.
Our doctors, anesthetists and nursing staff attend ongoing in-service courses and participate in professional conferences in Israel and abroad, to advance their expertise and the quality of medicine they provide to their patients. Members of our department publish scientific papers in professional journals and the Azrieli Faculty of Medicine Bar Ilan University recognizes the department as a teaching and full residency unit.
