Surgery Department B

The Surgery Department B deals with all aspects of general surgery including liver,  intestinal, stomach, proctologic and bariatric surgeries and the removal of tumors. The team works in collaboration with the metabolic clinic and other departments to provide the ultimate in care.

Surgery department B also provides emergency and trauma surgery directed by the unit head Professor Daniel Azoulay and in conjunction with the Henri Mondor University Hospital in Paris.

The Scientific Council of the Israeli Medical Association recognizes the department as a provider of full surgical residencies and participates in training and mentoring medical students from the Azrieli Faculty of Medicine Bar Ilan University and nursing students.
